Voice of customer
Kitchen Harukaze's handmade "Harukaze Bread" is a high-hydration bread made from dough with more water than usual, and has a chewy, moist, and chewy texture. The bread has a coarse texture and large air bubbles.
When toasted, it's crispy, fluffy, and chewy! It's been well-received, with even the crust being delicious.
This bread is additive-free and does not contain any sugar, eggs, or dairy products, making it a healthy bread with a rustic texture similar to French bread.
Our handmade "Spring Breeze Rusk" has a crisp texture and a fragrant aroma, which is a characteristic of our handmade Spring Breeze Bread. We strive to make our bread with care so that we can deliver delicious bread that will invigorate both your body and mind.

Our ham is smoked in-house and additive-free. We use 100% Ayabudo pork and Ayabuta pork. We do not add any coloring agents, preservatives, or chemical seasonings, and we value the natural flavor of the pork.
The vegetables are mainly fresh and pesticide-free or reduced-pesticide grown by local organic farmers. There are also sunny lettuce, basil, mint, plums, loquats, citrus fruits, and more, all from their own gardens (pesticide-free).
We also have seasonal handmade sweets and original drinks available for you to enjoy.
Located in the Evergreen Broadleaf Forest UNESCO Ecopark in Miyazaki Prefecture, Kyushu, and in Aya town, a town of local production and consumption, we aim to provide a menu of balanced meals that are as safe and secure as possible from nature, are additive-free, pesticide-free or with reduced pesticides, and are good for the body, using gentle organic ingredients that are delicious to eat and will give you healthy vitality in both body and mind.
Harukaze is an old house that was quietly standing in the forest that was renovated by the owner over a period of two years. We hope you enjoy the handmade feel of the DIY interior and gardening.

about
About us
As it is a pure water source, fireflies fly around in early summer, and you can hear the cries and find footprints of wild animals such as boars, raccoons, badgers, deer, and mountain anchan (Japanese macaques). We named it "Kitchen Harukaze" with the image of a place where wild birds live together with such natural scenery. We hope you will enjoy the forest air and a homemade forest bathing lunch while searching for the sights and sounds of wild birds.
