An assortment of three kinds of nuts, raisins, sesame, and plain. Garnished with honey and nuts. "Everyday bread" baked with only five ingredients and water. The characteristics of this high-hydration bread are moist and chewy, and when lightly toasted it becomes crispy! The bread dough does not contain any additives such as sugar, eggs, dairy products, oils (butter, margarine, shortening), or preservatives, and is trans-fatty acid free, making it a safe and secure additive-free bread made mainly from domestic wheat.
